To use MakerBud, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Plans and Billing
MakerBud offers free and paid subscription plans. Charges for paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
5. Data Privacy
Your data is yours. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All documents are properly encrypted to ensure security.
6. Membership Cancellation
All memberships can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
7. Data Retention
After cancelling your membership, you may request your data to be sent in table format if needed. 45 days after membership cancellation, all data will be removed from our servers.
8. Limitation of Liability
MakerBud is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
