Client Database
Easily keep track of your clients’ information. With MakerBud you can add clients so you will always identify what project belongs to who, and have the contact information handy in case something happens along the way.
Project Quoting and Tracking
Being the core feature of MakerBud, you can easily quote projects for your clients. Just enter the basic information and you will get your quote automatically. No more complicated formulas!! Also with the project details page, you can easily track what status the project is in, along with other important information.
Machine Database
With MakerBud, you will keep a database that tracks all the machines you have, no matter if you have a 3d Printer, a CNC Laser / Mill, or any tools that have considerable electric consumption or considerable wear, you can add them to the machines section. This way, all those parameters will be included in the final price of your products.
Material Database
With Makerbud, you can also have a shelf of stock materials. From wood, filament, metal blocks, tubes, you name it. Each material will have a cost assigned to it, which will be considered when a project is quoted.
Cloud Based
MakerBud is cloud based, meaning that even if the core processing is made inside the app, the data is stored securely in the cloud. So it doesn’t matter if you are in any part of the world, your data will always be available for you, and only for you.

Project Financial Tracking
With MakerBud, you no longer have to write down how much a client is yet to pay. With the project financial tracking, you can submit either partial or full payments from your client.
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable might sound like boring financial slang, however it is pretty important to keep track of what you need to pay and what are you yet to receive from clients. MakerBud automatically keeps track of the AP and AR in a simple manner. Everything gets calculated at the moment you create a new project
Incomes and Expenses
The magic of business happens here, where you need to balance the incomes and expenses to generate a profit. MakerBud will allow you to track any incomes and expenses. Leaving you with more time to create and less time worrying where your money has gone, or where it is coming from.
Customizable
MakerBud is available in both English and Spanish. Also all currency options, as well as electricity rates, markup rate, your hourly labor rate and even you can set a custom prefix for your project/order numbers.
Quote/Generated Project Distinction
MakerBud is allows you to either quote or generate a project. If someone just asks for a quote, and then decides not to buy the product, nothing changes inside your financial calculations. However if the client decides to go ahead and start the order, you can either generate a project directly, or generate the project from the previously created quote, so all financial calculations start to take place.
